- Rm-338 - The following items were found under the sink:
- 1.Red Biohazards collection bottle. - This is the sharps container.
- 2.Silicon RTV6156A and B "product generates flammable gas on contact with acidic, basic or oxidizing agents" - This is not a problem.
C) Pierce Hall G16, G11, G7C - all is ok per Joe Ustinowich
D) THOMAS WARD - Pierce Hall

J) Link Building - Anderson Lab (Dick Co reported)
- SB02: -Oily rags on floor and on barrels. - This has been cleaned up.
- SB01: -Unlabeled and faded labels on bottle under laser and elsewhere in lab--laser
dyes? - This is ok.- 1st floor entrance: -Sign says “Oxygen and non-reactive gas” storage, but hydrogen is
stored there. - Hydrogen has been removed.- 125: -Unopened wine bottles in box. - Removed.
- Small NO2 bottle sitting on table: in use? storage? - This has been stored.
- Dirty rags in HF hood. - This has been removed.
- Expired HF antidote. - This has been replaced.
- Safety shower blocked by chair, vacuum cleaner, and boxes. - This has been removed.
- General clutter. - This has been cleaned up.
- 129: -(Electronics room) pump oil and dirty rags in bucket on floor. - This has been cleaned up.
- (Laser testing/manufacturing room) cables hanging at eye level that could be
easily tied up. - This has been moved.- Expired HF antidote in all hoods. - This has been replaced.
- Open Coke bottle, juice bottle, and 3 additional drink glasses. - This has been cleaned up.
- (Near 129A entrance) vacuum pump missing belt guard. - This has been blocked off.
